Maura O’Malley’s passion for interior design stems from her desire to re-conceptualize the functionality of space. She is inspired by the way design can improve how one lives.
A native Bostonian, with an MA in Interior Architecture, Maura looks to celebrate the existing architecture and character found in each home, while simultaneously introducing modern and personalized elements to achieve a balanced interior.
Maura’s interiors are sophisticated and bespoke. She enjoys collaborating with her clients to create timeless spaces that reflect their individual and unique personalities.

Hannah’s design journey began at a young age, growing up with an architect mother and builder father.
Fueled by this upbringing and her innate passion for design, she approaches each project with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to capturing each client’s distinct vision and lifestyle from the start of conceptual design through construction.
After earning her Masters in Interior Architecture at George Washington University and gaining valuable experience at residential architecture firms in DC, she’s thrilled to return to her roots in Boston working at MOI.

Stephanie has always had a passion for residential interior design and enjoys the process of helping clients turn their houses into homes that reflect their unique personalities and lifestyles.
With a Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from Suffolk University, Stephanie approaches each project from both a technical and creative standpoint. She enjoys all phases of the design process with a particular inclination toward sourcing decorative lighting and furnishings.
Kait Strode
Interior designer
Kait believes beauty lies in the details. With an eye for design, Kait earned her BA in Art History at the College of the Holy Cross and The University of Denver
Brimming with creative flair and fresh ideas, Kait believes each project is an artistic collaboration.
She creates diverse spaces that are functionally beautiful and unique to each client. Kait delights in making others feel relaxed and comfortable, and believes that one’s home should do the same.
Sam webb roller

Sam enjoys every phase of the design process from concept development and architectural planning to procuring furnishings and fabrics.
Sam earned a Masters in Interior Architecture from Endicott College. She enjoys collaborating with contractors and fabricators to create custom millwork and furnishings that highlight the balance between existing and new.
She finds great joy and inspiration from traveling.
